These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bpexcm platform, including all casino games, sports betting products, payment services, bonuses, and promotional offers. 2.4 Registration constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the bpexcm platform.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexcm login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. bpexcm will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from bpexcm that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
3.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your bpexcm account, including any transactions initiated by a third party who accesses your account using your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpexcm immediately via live chat support.
3.3 bpexcm accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise make available your account or any account balance or winnings to any third party.

4.2 You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and that you are the lawful owner of. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment instruments belonging to another individual, is prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawals require successful completion of the bpexcm KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw until identity documents have been submitted and approved. bpexcm aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during business hours.

5.4 bpexcm may at any time modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer. Changes will not affect bonuses already in the process of being wagered in good faith at the time of the change.
One promotional bonus per household, device, or IP address applies to all bpexcm welcome and new-player offers. Where multiple accounts sharing the same household or device are detected claiming the same new-player offer, bpexcm reserves the right to cancel duplicate bonus claims and review affected accounts.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexcm's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 bpexcm shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or gaming losses arising from technical failures, payment delays caused by third-party payment processors, or interruptions to sports events outside bpexcm's control.
9.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 bpexcm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
10.2 A player may request self-exclusion from the bpexcm platform at any time by contacting live chat support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. During exclusion, deposits, wagering, and bonus claims are disabled.

11.2 Where an account is closed for breach of this Agreement, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 11.3 A player may close their bpexcm account voluntarily at any time by contacting live chat support. Before closing, any active Bonus Funds will be voided.
