KYC Guide — How to Verify Your bpexcm Account
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a regulatory requirement for all licensed online casinos. It protects your funds, prevents fraud, and ensures withdrawals go to the right person. Here's exactly what you need to do.
Documents Typically Required
Valid Pakistani Government ID
CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), Driver's License, or Passport. The document must be valid and show your full name and date of birth clearly.
Proof of Address
A utility bill (electricity, gas, or phone), bank statement, or government letter — dated within the last 3 months — showing your residential address.
Selfie Holding Your ID
A clear selfie with your CNIC or passport held next to your face. Ensure lighting is good and all four corners of the document are visible.
Submission Process (4 Steps)
Step 1
Log in to bpexcm and go to My Account → Verification from the dashboard menu.
Step 2
Upload front and back photos of your CNIC or chosen ID document. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF. Max file size 5 MB per image.
Step 3
Upload your proof of address document and the selfie with your ID. Make sure the image is in focus and all text is legible.
Step 4
Click Submit for Review. Our compliance team processes most applications within 24–48 hours. You'll receive an email once approved.
Security Notes
- Only upload documents on HTTPS-secured pages — look for the padlock in your browser.
- You may cover sensitive digits (e.g., the middle portion of your CNIC number) when photographing.
- Never share identity documents via unsecured chat apps or email — only use the official bpexcm secure upload portal.
